I do want to be fair and say that I’ve actually liked some of the products I’ve bought from them, so this isn’t one of those situations where I’m unhappy with absolutely everything. But the return process was annoying from start to finish. After I sent the item back, it felt like I was just waiting forever with no real update, and I kept checking to see if there was any movement. Then the refund took weeks to show up, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. I did reach out to customer service, and they did reply, but the responses were generic and didn’t really help me understand what was going on or when I’d actually get my money back. Overall, I might still buy certain products from them again if I really wanted something, but the return experience definitely left a bad impression

These shades show up so easily and actually stay put on my oily lids. I feel like some of my other palettes could learn a thing or two.

Found the brow products I was looking for, and only one shade was sold out. Was easy overall, just wish they restocked a little faster.

I’m happy with this palette. The shades are really nice in person and they blend out easily for me. The only thing I noticed is there’s some fallout, especially with the darker colors. Maybe the formula is a little softer or more loosely pressed, I’m not totally sure, but I definitely have to tap my brush off before applying. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it can get annoying if I’ve already done my foundation. Overall though, I still like it a lot and would probably buy it again.
